Basics

Number 1 (Starts at Chunbi and returns to Chun bi between each part of Basic Number 1)

Riding Horse Stance - Punches to: middle, low, high, across (4 each)

Front Stance - Double Wedge Block - front rising kick (stretch) with back leg (3 each leg)

Fighting Stance - (back leg) Front Snap Kick - belt high to head high (3 each leg)

Fighting Stance - (front leg) Side Kick - belt high to head high (3 each leg)

Fighting Stance - (back leg) Roundhouse Kick - belt high to head high (3 each leg)

Fighting Stance - Clap/Block/Punch - clap facing east, block punch from north, punch to north at middle with a body pivot to face north (3 each side)
